Reporting a technical issue
When reporting a bug, include your browser and operating system, the image format and pixel dimensions, whether you used the web editor or /v1.0/removebg API, and the exact error message or HTTP status code. Do not send passwords, full API keys, private image URLs, or sensitive personal documents.
Quick checks before emailing
In the web editor, use a non-animated JPEG, PNG, or WebP under 25 MB and 40 megapixels (image URL imports are capped at 4 MB). In the HTTP API, use an image up to 12 MB and 12 megapixels. To rotate, revoke, or delete your API key and account immediately, sign in to the API dashboard via the API page.
